Positive Thought...

Since my blogging might be limited this week with Thanksgiving I had to start the week with a positive thought I saw in a weight-loss newsletter I get in email.

Positive Thought

"Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind."
--Dr. Seuss

I gained a pound this week, I'm officially stuck on a plateau for the last month or two, up and down a pound or two constantly stuck between 42 pounds down, 40 pounds down, 41 pounds, etc. I am on Clomid which I have seen in lots of online discussions here and here has caused people LOTS of weight gain so I'm not beating myself up too badly for fluctuating in my weight since my plateau began when I got on Clomid!

40-ish is wonderful! I'm glad you have such a positive attitude about it!! Keep it up, girl!
And I think that "trying to get pregnant" is a good plateau excuse!

(that was a lot of exclamation points)
