Down 6.6 Pounds & Other reasons to smile
Well, first week of Weight Watchers under my belt and I'm happy to report I've lost 6.6 pounds! I was so happy to see that sticking to the plan and tracking my points worked! The only exercise I was able to squeeze in all week was 10 minutes on mom's treadmill so I was happy to see the great results and can't wait to see how it goes when I get more exercise!
