In other news...I'm finally at that point, something finally clicked in me and I'm ready to get serious about a healthier lifestyle. I found some inspiration from my friend
Mary who has recently become more health-conscious. Plus, I've been thinking a lot about it for quite some time and talking to some people but just wasn't motivated and now I am so I'm joining
Weight Watchers which has worked for me in the past and looking into the schedule at the local indoor pool, swimming or water aerobics always worked well for me before in weight loss efforts so wish me luck!
Furthermore, my sister had her baby on Tuesday! Keira Jade was 8 pounds 1 ounce and 19 inches long with a lot of dark hair! She's beautiful and looks so much like my sister! Emma was of course completely loving it! She got to hold her and never left her side even when someone else was holding her.
