A borrowed list and other fun!

Just a quick update that I was doing so well on my way to lost 50 pounds by my Jan. 11th one year WW anniversary then I gained 3 pounds, DANG HOLIDAYS!! I know I did much better on portions and eating LESS of the sweet stuff than I did other years and I did lose weight the prior three weeks so I'm still lower in weight now than I was before Xmas so I can't complain much. I promptly went from weigh in Saturday to Snap Fitness and kicked my butt into gear, then I went again yesterday and even did a few minutes on the elliptical which is a big pain! I am going again tonight and weighing in there for their Biggest Loser competition which begins this week and I have been making better choices too eating more filling foods first like we've been learning with the new Momentum plan. I still just LOVE WW and know I'll be a lifetime member one day even if it takes a few years. One thing that helps is watching certain shows on TV, I plan to check out the National Body Challenge and I've been watching Ruby on Style Network, she is AWESOME and I could totally see myself being friends with her if we knew each other, that sounds dorky but she's really funny and seems like such a great person!

you're doing so well! that's awesome! i think EVERYONE snacks a little more during the holidays, so don't worry. remember it's a lifestyle change and those take time--that's how i'm trying to look at it. i've lost a bit of weight too so i know how hard it is to stick with it and try to make better choices. it gets easier! :) hope you and your family had a wonderful holiday! happy 2009!

Almost 50 lbs?! That's awesome. And it sounds like you've had a great year and have had a great start to this year!
Did you see those new WW commercials? I love that hungry guy. Maybe if I had one of those chasing me around, I wouldn't eat so much! Hahaha
